Chisholm Trail Festival
A Chisholm Trail Historical Preservation Society and City of Yukon event, held annually at the Mollie Spencer Farm.
The Chisholm Trail Festival is an annual family-oriented event held at the Mollie Spencer Farm and is hosted by the City of Yukon and The Chisholm Trail Historical Preservation Society. The festival celebrates the western history of the famous Chisholm Trail with a fun Cajun flair. The festival is filled with living history re-enactors of the Old West, authentic Cajun foods, a live Cajun band, Cajun dance lessons, crawfish racing, pie eating contests, Civil War demonstrations, gunfights, food vendors, craft booths, the Kids Korral, train and pony rides, and a petting zoo.
Mark your calendar for the annual Chisholm Trail and Crawfish Festival, set for Saturday, June 1, 2019 from 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. at the Mollie Spencer Farm, 1001 Garth Brooks Blvd. in Yukon. Admission is FREE!
Free parking is available on the north side of the festival property at Yukon Middle School. Cattle traveling along the Chisholm Trail regularly crossed the Mollie Spencer Farm, making it the perfect location to experience this step back in time!
