About Us
The purpose of the Mollie Spencer Farm is to provide educational opportunities that promote animal well-being, support regional history, and celebrate a sense of community pride in Yukon, Oklahoma.
Our values are demonstrated through three educational areas including history, animals, and community:
History:
- Preserve and maintain the history of the 1894 Spencer Homestead.
- Honor Mollie Spencer’s role in the history of Oklahoma, Yukon and the Chisholm Trail.
Animals:
- Promote the health, well-being, and humane treatment of animals.
- Provide a refuge for a few farm animals and natural occurring wildlife.
Community
- Be an outdoor classroom, providing agricultural, environmental, and cultural opportunities for the community.
- Be a source of community pride by celebrating the history of the farm through various community activities, festivals, and events.
Contact Information
The farm is not open to the general public outside of regularly-scheduled events hosted at the farm.
